UCSC Copier Program...

provides high-quality, self-serve copiers to the campus community on a cost-per-copy basis. These copiers can be set up for access by Slug Cards (debit or credit), codes, cash, or as a sole source copier with no access equipment.

The Copier Program is an economical alternative to purchasing and managing copier equipment, with all maintenance, supplies, paper, training, billing services, and related administrative management included.

To join the Copier Program: Contact Jennifer Clinton at 459-3742; email jsclint@ucsc.edu. Jennifer can provide information about copiers, and a copier can be delivered within two weeks of a completed analysis of needs and order placement.

News: Printing with Debit Slug Cards is now available at McHenry Library and at the Science & Engineering Library.

Currently 88 copiers across campus allow copying by Slug Card, 6 locations accept cash for copies.

Supplies & Service: We have a dedicated, on-campus technician, and provide next day supply delivery. To receive supplies or service, call the Copier Program dispatch at 459-5799 or email: ps_copiers@ucsc.edu. Specify the copier model, copier location, and service or supplies needed.

Transparencies: (High Heat only) Run transarencies and labels through the by-pass tray only. Note: The Copier Program does not supply transparencies or labels.
Only use labels designed for use in copiers.
