Order Process: Custom Textbooks Lab Manuals & Exams

Summary: Learn how to order academic document reproduction.

Pricing for readers, manuals etc. is dependent on the number of pages, type of binding requested, whether a Table of Contents is requested (TOC) and any copyright fees. Professor Publishing staff will assist with decisions related to custom textbooks.

Ordering Process

1. Complete the Professor Publishing Services Order form (pdf).
2. Provide copyright information.
   1. Submit a completed Copyright Request form (pdf) to request copyright clearance service.
      OR
   2. Submit the Authorization To Reproduce Printed Material form (pdf) if copyright status is known and clearance is complete.
3. Provide a single-sided hard copy to Professor Publishing, if possible. Alternatively, submit a pdf of the complete materials to profpub@ucsc.edu.
