What services are offered?
Our fast and friendly customer service people provide the campus with full-service copy, finishing, digital file output, and FAX, and lamination services.
Other services include computer time rental with internet access, self-serve copy machines, and imprinting of T-shirts, coffee mugs, and mousepads.
Through our Professor Publishing Services we provide copyright clearance and course reader production services that are designed to meet the educational needs of our campus.
Can I have my work done here?
Yes, if you are affiliated with the University.
We provide our services to University offices and currently registered/employed students, faculty, staff, and alumni, as well as many visitors including conference, meeting attendees, and guests.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, checks, and credit cards.
University offices may use our recharge form.
Where can I park my car?
Our customers may use our 20 minute reserved parking space when available. Simply park your car, come and get a permit at our customer service counter, and place the permit on the dashboard of your car.
Where is the store located?
We’re at the Quarry Plaza, which is also the home of the Student Union, Bay Tree Bookstore, Express Store, Graduate Student Commons, I.D. Card Services, Career Center, and Ethnic Resource Center.
Can I have my job picked up and delivered?
Yes.
Can I give you a digital file on a disk to print?
Yes. You can bring your work on a flash or thumb drive, Zip disk, CD, or DVD.
Can I submit a digital file from anywhere on campus?
Yes. Files can be submitted from campus offices and labs through computers that are connected to the campus network.
Can I submit a digital file from anywhere off campus?
Yes. If you have an internet connection, you can connect with us!
What are your hours?
- Fall through Spring Quarters, our customer service hours are 7:30 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.
- Our Summer hours are 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
